The site has been operational since 2016 so is relatively new, the operator has a firm focus on customer support and offers a very personalized service. The electrical system is 2N offering reliable redundancy, along with extensive site and rack monitoring to ensure you understand how your rack is running. There is office space for customers to operate from if required.
Facility description
The site is equipped with UPS in 2N configuration as well as 2N backup generators with 72 hours of fuel storage. Cooling is via way of in-row coolers, redundancy via in room cooling systems. Fire protection is provided via detection and a gas suppression system. CCTV, biometric system and a 24/7 security team always on site ensures the site remains secure. This is all managed via an on site Network Operations Centre(NOC).
